William Bryan Taylor Jr., 88, of Waco, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016, in Houston.

 

Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  A military honors graveside service will follow at McClelland Cemetery, in Shelbyville, under the direction of VFW Post 8904.  A visitation will be held prior to the funeral service, beginning at 9:00 a.m.

 

Mr. Taylor was born September 16, 1927, in Waco, to William B. Taylor and Margie Gertrude Smalley.  He loved playing chess, dominoes, crossword puzzles and sudoku.

Wife: Bobbie Lucille Taylor of Lufkin

Betty Dayton of Clute

Mary Clifton of Lufkin

 

Brother: Lester Taylor of Robertson

 

A number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
