DECEASED NAME FOR NEWS: Perry Wayne Smith

 

Perry Wayne Smith, 49, of Center, passed away January 3, 2015, at his residence.

 

A memorial graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 30, 2016, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

 

He was born June 20, 1966, in Houston to Wayne and Katherine Smith.  He worked in the oilfield industry.

 

He is survived by

Daughter and Son-In-Law: Stacey and T.J. Cummings of Shelbyville

 

Son: Barry Wayne Smith of Shelbyville
