89 y/o Norma “Hitt” Lout, of Shelbyville, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2016 in Center.  Funeral service will be Monday, January 11, 2016 at 11:00 am at Watson & Sons Funeral Home with Bro. Kerry Green officiating.  Interment will follow at Rather Cemetery in Shelbyville. 89 y/o Norma “Hitt” Lout is survived by:
