The San Augustine County Commissioners’ Court meets in regular session at 9 this morning and among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be travel vouchers, Hazard Mitigation proposals, changes to the Employee Policy Handbook regarding compensation time versus overtime pay policy, review AT&T cell tower activity in county, and select two representatives to attend an Affirmative Furthering Housing workshop April 30 in Lufkin. In addition, the court is expected to advertise for bids for property insurance, and possible change in compensation payout. County Judge Sammye Johnson will present proclamations for Fair Housing and Child Abuse Prevention Month, and will give an update on the Pilgrim’s Pride Job Fair to be held April 24.
