The City of Center Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 5 Tuesday to discuss and consider rezoning the property at 1217 Louisiana Street. City Manager Chad Nehring said the property owner, Ralph Godsey obtained approval for the house at the location to be changed to a commercial/office use property several years ago. However, they’re now asking for it to revert back to a single-family home.
