Baton Rouge- In an effort to reduce and limit the spread of COVID-19, the LSP Bureau of Criminal Identification and Information will close the fingerprint office at LSP Headquarters in Baton Rouge until April 13, 2020.  The office provides in-person fingerprinting services for criminal history background checks.  During this period of closure, the Louisiana State Police will cooperate with providing fingerprint based background checks to boards, commissions, departments and licensing entities that are essential to responding to this declared public health emergency.
