The City of San Augustine Main Street Program and its co-sponsors will host the fifth annual "An American Main Street" on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at 5:30 p.m. at the Augus Museum Theater, in downtown San Augustine. The event will remember those who gave it all on 9-11 and recognize and honor all area First Responders, Law Enforcement, Military Service Organization, Emergency and Volunteer agencies countywide. The free to the public event will include a good ole American "chow-down", with lip-smacking food/drink! So mark your calendars and plan to be there to express your appreciation and cheer on our responders, especially considering the efforts and contributions after the tornado/storm damage that hit the community in April.
