On 12-14-17 at 5:40 p.m. a two vehicle wreck occurred on Hwy 59 just south of County Road 4759.  According to the Texas DPS officials a 2003 Buick Lesabre driven by Juan Tutt 26 of Timpson was traveling south when he crossed lanes and struck a 2014 Mitsubishi driven by Ernesto Luna 21 of Center.  No fatalities or injuries occurred. 

According the the arrest report from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office Tutt was arrested for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license.
