Per the request of Shelby County District Attorney Stephen Shires, Judge LeAnn Kay Rafferty ordered that each criminal Defendant’s bond be forfeited and that a capias be issued for the arrest of each Defendant.  Each Defendant listed above immediately needs to contact the Court Manager, Karen Warr,  936.598.9928, to schedule a date to appear in court.  A warrant will remain open for each Defendant until he or she makes an appearance in front of Judge Rafferty.
