Panola College/Shelby College Center is offering Zumba ® Gold. This class takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the older participant. The class will meet Monday and Wednesday from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The cost of the class is $45, and pre-registration is required.
