The Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) - Very Important For Land Owners

The Transfer on Death Deed (TODD) is a new legal tool that allows Texans to pass on real property efficiently and inexpensively while avoiding probate court. TODD is available to all Texas residents who own property located in Texas. You may transfer land, improvements, mineral and timber interests.  The beneficiary has NO interest in the property until you are deceased. It can also be revoked if you change your mind!
