By order of Presidential Proclamation, ALL FLAGS should be lowered to Half-Staff until Sunset on Thursday, November 19, 2015 to honor the victims of the tragedy that happened in Paris, France on Friday, November 13, 2015. 

If your flag cannot be lowered, a black ribbon or cord may be tied on at the top to show respect.
