The Center City Council will have a regular meeting at 5 p.m. this afternoon. A public hearing on the rezone and specific use permit at 413 Hurst Street will begin the meeting. A request has been made to modify from heavy commercial to industrial and install a billboard.
The agenda items for discussion and possible action will be approve or denying the use permit at said property.
Also, Center City Council will consider Hotel/Motel Budget Amendments for financial backing of $10,700 for a 12-month period to support billboard advertising for Wulf Center Trades Day and Antique Mall. Pilgrim’s Price Corp. Lease Agreement of the hatchery complex that is owned by the city; and award of janitorial contract. Proposed amendments to the engineering agreement for Texas Capital Fund Downtown Sidewalk Grant Contract is also on the agenda.
