Rain is coming back for an extended period as the weather pattern is changing once again.  Not as heavy this time, but it is still rain.  The forecast was for a cooler, wetter, and very humid summer.  I guess this is what they meant by that forecast. More details as we get closer to the start of the weather pattern change next week.
