The annual What-A-Melon Festival is just a little over a month away (July 11) and today, Friday, June 5 is the “early bird” deadline for entering the What-A-Melon Pageant. Pay by this Friday and enter for $50. After June 5, price goes up to $70.

Watermelon or Summer attire is all you need. This is an “all crown event”.

The pageant is open to 0-10 years for girls and 0-5 for boys. It’s a fun pageant and great for beginners.

Wiggins’ Farms is once again sponsoring a $500 cash scholarship for the 16-up What-A-Melon Festival queen.
