The dryline creating all the havoc is vacillating back and forth over far West Texas and will continue to redevelop the real severe weather threats there just has been the case the last 2 days. Any storms we see should diminish as the sun's heating also diminishes at sunset each day.
Keep in mind that any of the T-storms can develop quickly into severe status due to the current instability of our atmosphere.
As the cold frontal boundary is pushed into our area we can expect to see some severe weather the first part of the week. It is that time of the year when we see our worst weather.
The really severe weather will occur beginning late Sunday afternoon in our area and another NWS briefing is scheduled for Sunday morning should this worst case scenario stay in play for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
