The Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will meet at 9:30 a.m. this morning and among the agenda items will be Gary Miller to address the court concerning Rogers Harbor; and Don and Tina McGuffin making their third appearance asking the county to resume maintenance on a portion of County Road 4670 so they can sell property.

In addition, Kelly Holcomb, general manager of the Angelina-Neches River Authority, and Brian Sims are to give a presentation regarding an application for on-site Clean Water Action Section 319 grants for Attoyac Bayou and approve purchase of an integrated Case Management System from iDocket for the County Attorney, County Clerk and County Judge.
