The City Council of Joaquin will meet in regular session Monday, April 20, 2015 6:00 p.m. at The Joaquin City Hall located at 124 North Preston, Joaquin, Texas.

 

ORDER OF BUSINESS

 

1.       Call to order, establish quorum & welcome guest.

2.       Invocation & Pledge of Allegiance.

3.       Council approval of the previous month’s minutes.

4.       Discussion & Council action on Payment of Bills.

5.       Update from Auditing Firm Axley & Rode, LLP.

6.       Discussion & Council action Gas Supply Agreement.

7.       Council approval of (12) Twelve Hour Early Voting Days April 28 & 29, 2015 ( Election Code, Title  VII –Early Voting Sec. 85.005(d)

8.       Discussion and Council Action on Texas Municipal League Rerate

9.       Discussion and Council Action  on Assistant clerk

10.   Executive Session-City Secretary 90 day review

11.   Open Forum.

12.   Adjournment. 

IF during the course of the of the meeting, any discussion of items on the Agenda should be held   in executive or closed session, the Council will convene in executive or closed session, in accordance With the Texas Open Meetings Act, Governmental Code Section 551 and Texas Revised Civil Statutes.
