Last night (Thursday) at the Regular Board Meeting of the San Augustine Independent School District, Marty Murr, Defensive Coordinator and Head Track Coach at Livingston ISD was named the new Athletic Director. 

 

Coach Murr has also coached in Crosby and Anahuac, and spent 11 years at Alto ISD as Athletic Director. He has over 20 years of coaching experience in the East Texas area.

 

He and his wife, Lori, who is also an educator, and their son, who is a freshman in High School, are anxious to join this community.
