The Shelby County Commissioners' Court will be conducting a Public Hearing at 1:30 p.m. today to discuss and receive input on the public nuisance of trash, graffiti, litter and other relating issues within Shelby County.

Judge Allison Harbison tells us the issues are 'county-wide' and she's been hearing complaints on a regular basis since taking office in January.

She added it's time to listen and discuss these problems and see what can be done to help out the citizens of the county.

The hearing will be held in the Community Room of the Shelby County Courthouse, and you are invited.
