The San Augustine County Commissioners’ Court will meet at 9 a.m. this morning and among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be a signage plan for the El Camino National Historical Trail in San Augustine County; depository extension; amend budget and transfer funds for Pct. 3 to purchase equipment; Cabot Oil road repairs on County Road 202; update the County Road Inventory for TXDOT biennial report; and F&B Autos request to be put on the sheriff’s department wrecker rotation list.

In addition, commissioners are expected to take action on County Extension Agent Jerry Nickerson’s retirement; county extension agent for family & consumer sciences; TAC ACA Reporting and Tracking Service; and CPS Board caseworkers and board presenting statistics in regards to 2014 child abuse deaths in Texas.

CPS will conduct a balloon release in observance of Child Abuse Prevention Month immediately following Commissioners Court on the North Courthouse lawn.
