The Center City Council will have a regular meeting at 5 p.m. this afternoon, and among the agenda items for discussion and possible action will be approving the annual request of a waiver of payment in lieu of taxes (PILOT agreement) for Center Housing Authority; presentation of the 2014 Audit; and awarding of Depository Contract.

In addition, Center City Council will consider engineering agreements for heavy metal-removal/monitoring plan and wastewater discharge permit renewals.

The council is also expected to act on approving plat for Windham property on Tenaha Street.

In executive session, council will discuss city owned property at 305 Nacogdoches Street.
