Notice is hereby given that a Regular meeting of the Governing Body of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will be held on the 13th day of April, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Shelby County Courthouse at 200 San Augustine Street, Center, Shelby County, Texas to deliberate and consider action on the following items:

 

 

 

1.      Approve the minutes of the March 9^th, 2015 Regular Meeting and the March 23^rd, 2015 Special Meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners’ Court.

 

2.      Approve and pay monthly expenses.

 

3.      Approve Officers’ Reports.

 

4.      Public Comments on Agenda items.

 

5.      Discuss and possibly take action on rental of old Elementary School gym to Denetra Slaughter and Celia Aguilar for one year.

 

6.      Discuss and possibly take action on resuming the maintenance on a portion of CR 4670.

 

7.      Adopt and sign Resolutions for the 2016 TxDOT Bridge construction project:

 

a.       CR 3564 Hilliard Creek

b.      CR 3455 Spinney Creek

c.       CR 3455 Shoat Creek

d.      CR 4256 Tributary of Flat Fork Creek

e.       CR 4916 Flat Fork Creek

f.        CR 4670 McFaddin Creek

 

8.      Change date of the May Special Commissioners’ Court meeting from Monday, May 25^th to Tuesday, May 26^th due to holiday.

 

9.      Adjourn.
