This cookbook(8 1/2 x 11) will contain hundreds of recipes from your kitchen to kitchensfrom various towns in Eastern Texas and NW Louisiana. There will be a specialsection for old-fashioned home-made jams, jellies, pickles and much more(canning recipes, etc...); a section containing herbal remedies and thepractical uses of essential oils for your health. Different sections containsrecipes for desserts, beverages, canning, main dishes and entrees...etc.

There will be an elite section for restaurants in Eastern Texas and NW Louisiana toshow off their favorite home-style recipes as well.
