If you’re interested in being a part of the delegation headed to the state capitol for Shelby County Day on March 4 & 5, remember, noon today, Tuesday, Feb. 10 is the registration deadline.

Attendees will observe state government first hand and receive briefings from State Sen. Robert Nichols and State Rep. Chris Paddie during the 84^th Legislative session of the Texas State Legislature.

In addition, the contingent will receive updates related to Shelby County regarding agriculture, oil and gas and education.

Dr. Keith Miller will be honored and recognized as the Doctor of the Day at the Texas State Capitol.

Registration forms are available at the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce office and must be returned by noon today.
