Workforce Solutions Deep East Texas is having a Youth Career Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 10 at the Windham Civic Center.

The event is for job seekers ages 18 to 21, and will include employment opportunities, connection with local businesses and organizations, resume' and application assistance and mock interviews.

According to LaTreaser Cartwright, confirmed employers attending the career fair are Tyson Foods, Portacool, Jennings Place, Shelby Savings Bank, Job Corp, the U.S. Navy, Deep East Texas Child Care Agency, Advanced Temporaries, and E-Tech.

In addition to Tri-County Community Action, Goodwill Industries, Panola College-Adult Education and Literacy Program, Panola College-College Enrollment, Green Acres Nursing Home and the City of Center.

She added there will also be a section for Career Awareness, with the City of Center Fire Dept., U.S. Marshalls, Garner Funeral Home, Our Town Times, and Ace EMS.
