According to Center Official Weather Observer Jim  Forbes, January ended with 9.83 inches of rain in Center. Forbes says the January monthly average rainfall is 4.45 inches.

As for temperatures, the high for January in Center was 77 degrees on Jan. 27, while the low was 19 degrees on Jan. 8.
