No children were injured when a Center ISD school bus was involved in a two-vehicle accident in front of Brookshire Brothers on Hurst Street around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Center Police report a Ford sedan driven by 66-Sandra Bray of Timpson pulled in front of a southbound Center school bus driven by 52-year old Janet Glenn of Tenaha with the bus striking the driver’s side of the car.

Ms. Bray was transported to Center Emergency Department and life-flighted to University Health in Shreveport as a precaution due to a previous medical condition.

According to a family member’s Facebook post, Ms. Bray is OK, and was to have been released last night.

Elmer Bray of Timpson, a passenger in the car, as well as Ms. Glenn were both uninjured.
