If you’re a resident of the City of Timpson, here’s a notice for all utility customers.

Effective Jan. 1, Timpson city utility customers being billed for garbage service should have received a green polycart for curbside pickup. This would apply to all customers currently receiving and paying for individual pickup, excluding the Timpson Housing Authority apartments and Timpson Sr. Apartments.

If you did not receive a cart and feel you should have, you’re asked to contact city hall at 936-254-2421.

Polycart service will be Wednesday, with dumpster service pickup to be Monday and Thursday.
