Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces graveside service for infant Zoyla Estrella Vazquez, the infant daughter of Jorge F. Vasquez and Maria L. Rojas Vasquez. She passed away Monday in Nacogdoches. Graveside service will be at 12 noon Thursday at McClelland Cemetery in Shelbyville. In addition to her parents, Zoyla Estrella Vazquez is survived by brothers, Jorge, Andres, Carlos, Christian and Issac Vazquez, all of Center; and grandparents, Consuelo and Tranquilino Rojas, both of Mexico and Gracieila and Marcelino Vazquez, both of Center.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces a memorial service for 69-year old Richard Hibbard of Center. He passed away Saturday at his residence. His wishes were to be cremated and a memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Among Richard Hibbard’s survivors are daughters, Angie & Jody Wright of Center and Christine Howe of Spring; son, Tommy & Yamina Hibbard of Conroe; and siblings, L.D. Hibbard, Sr. of Chireno, Geneva Goff of Blanco, Ross Hibbard of Buffalo, and Johnny Mac Hibbard of Midlothian; sisters, Mable Mean & Elaine Fisk; and brother, Joe Gilbert Hibbard. After the service, all family and friends are welcome to a celebration of his life at his home at 588 CR 3505 in Center. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Richard Hibbard’s name to the American Cancer Society in Oklahoma City.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. Among Andy Khourn’s survivors is his wife, Visal Lyn of Austin; son, Aaron Khourn of Austin; Parents, Siem & Thay Khourn of Center; sister, Chhavy Khourn & Donny Scrimsher of Center; and brother, Dara Khourn of Center.

 

Watson & Sons Funeral Home announces service for 82-year old Hazel Ritter Strickland of Joaquin. Service will be held at 11 a.m. this morning at Watson & Sons Chapel, with interment at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center.

 

Mangum Funeral Home announces service for 70-year old Ronald “Ronnie” Wayne Noble of Center. He passed away Tuesday at Memorial City Medical Center in Houston. Service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Mangum Funeral Home Chapel, with burial at New Hope Cemetery, Shelby County. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mangum Funeral Home. He was a 1962 graduate of Center High School. Among Ronnie Noble’s survivors are a son, Barrett Noble of Houston; sister-in-law, Kathy Noble of Lumberton; nieces, Noelle Noble of Center and Christie Noble Pickens of Lumberton; and mother of his son, Carol Noble of Houston.

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces pending service for 79-year old Mr. L.W. Garrett of Center. He passed away Monday at Center Emergency Department.

 

Community Funeral Home of Center announces service for 64-year old Mrs. Lee Gayle McCollister of Center. Service will be at 1 p.m. this afternoon at the Lily of the Valley Church of God in Chirst in Center, with interment at Westview Cemetery.

 

Sid Roberts Funeral Home of Nacogdoches announces service for 70-year old Nellie Ann Edwards of San Augustine. She passed away last Friday. Service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Jerusalem CME Church in San Augustine, with burial at Mosaic Cemetery in San Augustine. Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. at Sid Roberts Funeral Home in Nacogdoches. No Wake is planned. Among Nellie Ann Edwards' survivors are daughters, Valencia Price of San Augustine, Patricia Roberts of Georgia, Edmond Moore of Center and Keith Moore of Ft. Worth; and sisters, Shirly T. Moore and Mozelle Moore, both of San Augustine.
