Shelby County District Clerk Lori Oliver has advised the jury that was summoned for Monday, Jan. 12 for the 273rd District Court, Judge Charles R. Mitchell, presiding, has been cancelled due to scheduled cases being resolved or passed.

Anyone receiving a summons for Monday, Jan. 12 is released from jury service until they receive a future summons.
