Shelby County Commissioners' Court decided to table the acceptance of the countywide road improvement project at Monday's meeting, citing there were several areas that needed to be addressed before the final OK was given to Stolz Engineering.

Commissioners also approved resuming maintenance on CR 1230 and a portion of CR 1234, and agreed to extend maintenance on CR 2375 by 370 feet.

The court also voted to distribute $5,000 from the Family Protection Fund to CASA, Pineywoods Outreach and the Shelby County Children's Advocacy Center.
