Shelby County Commissioners' Court to consider acceptance of road work & other items at this morning's meeting

The Shelby County Commissioners’ Court will have a special meeting at 9:30 this morning, and among the agenda items for discussion and possibly action will be a presentation from Stolz Engineering in regards to the construction completion for countywide road improvements, and acceptance of work done; District Ranger Kimpton Cooper with the National Forest Service concerning the Cooperative Forest Road Agreement between the county and the Sabine National Forest Service; the purchase of a camera for Game Warden Nathan Skeen; resuming maintenance on a portion of County Road 1230; extending maintenance on County Road 2375; and consideration of bids on gravel, tires, fuel and custodial services.

 

In addition, Shelby County Commissioners may approve a general order regarding disbursement from County Energy Transportation Reinvestment Zone Increment Fund; distribution to be made from Fund 78 – Family Protection Fund for FY 2014; and record audit review statement in regards to District Attorney Forfeiture Funds.
