The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Department is saying a man was arrested on two counts of indecency with a child after a child made an outcry to a parent of being assaulted.

A forensic interview of two children under the age of eight years was conducted, and it was discovered they had been victimized at their residence.

Sheriff Jason Bridges says 18-year old Aaron Lee Burch of Nacogdoches was arrested. It’s reported he was alone with the children, babysitting them, when he reportedly pulled down his pants and exposed himself to both children. Burch also had both children perform lewd acts of sexual nature in front of him.

Warrants were obtained and the suspect was arrested Tuesday night at a residence on CR 419.

Burch’s bond was set at $75,000 and he’s been charged with a second degree and third degree felony.
