A Sabine County man already faced with a number of sexual assault of a child charges, and a count of indecency with a child by sexual contact, has yet another charge brought against him.

Pineland police and the Sabine County Sheriff's Office has filed an aggravated sexual assault of a child against 47-year old Bobby Dean Elliott of Pineland.

Elliott was arrested on May 20. His bond is now set at $700,000 collectively.

Authorities say Elliott allegedly sexually assaulted a 15-year old girl, who made an outcry stating Elliott had assaulted her.

It's also reported this may not be Elliott's first offense, and that more charges are pending.
