Harold Vonice Warr

Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, June 26, 2023, at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at Watson & Sons Funeral Home. Mike Brister will officiate.
Born February 22, 1930, Harold is the son of Von Warr and Mecie Lucas Warr. He served in the US National Guard. Harold enjoyed tinkering with motors, fishing with grandchildren, woodworking, and camping. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Center Volunteer Fire Department and Sam Samford Masonic Lodge #149.
He is survived by his wife, Maudie Warr of Center; daughters, Marilyn Barnard of Hallsville and LaWanda Warr of Beckville; grandchildren, Julie Coleman and husband Connor of Springtown, Stacey Holland and husband Josh of Carthage, Wesley Barnard and wife Christina of Hallsville; great grandchildren, Caitlyn Coleman of Springtown, Mason Coleman of Springtown, Cole Heard of Beckville, and Tommy Heard of Beckville, Micah Holland of Carthage, Logan Holland of Carthage, Allora Barnard of Hallsville; stepdaughters, Charlene Dawson and Darlene Brown; stepson, Delbert Beckham; numerous step grandchildren; a host of other family members and friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Von Warr and Mecie Lucas Warr; grandson, Joshua Heard; brothers, Zelmo Bud Warr, Elroy Kilroy Warr, Edsel Warr, and James Warr; and sister, May Warr.
Pallbearers will be Wesley Barnard, Mason Coleman, Josh Holland, Tommy Heard, Conner Coleman, and Cole Heard.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of Center Fire Department.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Center Volunteer Fire Department.
