Ms. Willie Jewel Garrett 65 of Shelbyville passed away on Sunday, November 18th, 2018 in Dallas.  Services will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 24th at the Triumph First Pentecostal Church in Shelbyville, TX. Interment will follow at the Bennett Chapel Cemetery in Shelbyville. Bishop Zep Swindle will be officiating for her services.

1 Grandson - Jeffery Garrett Jr. of Tyler
