Janet Windham Hughes, 53, of Carthage, passed away Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 29, 2018, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Tim Perkins officiating. Interment will be held at Oaklawn Memorial Park in Center. Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at noon.
Janet was born April 3, 1965, in Shelby County, to William Henry Windham and Alda Johnson Yarbrough. She was always learning about the newest technology, enabling her to train others through various information technology classes and consultations. Janet founded Piney Woods Photographic Society, where she was able to connect with many people who shared her passion for photography. She was of the Christian faith.
