Juanita Norris, 91, of Joaquin, entered into rest Tuesday, July 24, 2018.  

 

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday, July 27, 2018, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 28, 2018, at First Baptist Church in Tenaha with Bro. Timothy Roberson officiating.  Interment will follow at Tetter Cemetery at 3:00 p.m., in Humble.

 

Mrs. Norris was born October 7, 1926, in the Tennessee Community of Shelby County, to Walter B. Thompson and Audrey Spurlock Thompson.  She enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her family.  She was a member of Grace Baldwin Sunday School Class at First Baptist Church in Tenaha, the ladies sewing ministry and also involved with meals of love.  She always looked forward to spending time with her girls packing boxes for Operation Christmas Child and making memories with her family at the Party Barn.
