Randall Jack Crump, 74, of Joaquin, Texas, went to be with the Lord on July 17, 2018, while surrounded by loved ones.

 

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 20, 2018, at Watson & Sons Chapel with Bro. Chris Welch and Bro. Jody Hooper officiating.  Doug Smith will be speaking up for Randall.  Interment will follow at Sholar Cemetery in Joaquin.

 

Mr. Crump was born August 10, 1943, in Joaquin, Texas, to Robert M. Crump and Myrtis Lilly Crump.  He worked in steel fabricating all of his life.  He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed being with his grandchildren.  Mr. Crump was a kind and gentle man who was loved by all who knew him.

 

He is survived by

Wife of 55 years: Patsy Myers Crump

 

Daughter: Lori May and husband, Marvin, of Joaquin

 

Grandchildren:

Morgan Blair May

Trevor Blain May and special friend, Kenslee Maines

 

Sister-in-law and Brother-in-law: Barbara and Mike Dickerson of Joaquin

 

A host of nieces and nephews

Brothers: Robert B. Crump, Roy M. Crump

Sisters: Ruth Wilkins, Melba Plagens, Betty Rippy, Linda Sue Crump

 

Pallbearers will be Gary Henderson, Dwanye Pinkston, Roy Manning Crump, Jinx Hutchins, Ricky Cockrell and Brad Cockrell.  Honorary pallbearers will be Doug Smith and Bill Pridgen.
