Barbara Leen Garrett Sparks of Shelbyville passed away on Wednesday 24th at a Longview hospital.  Services will be held on Saturday 3rd at 1:00 p.m. at the Triumph 1st Pentecostal Church in Shelbyville with Bishop Zep Swindle officating.  Burial will follow in the Bennett Chapel Cemetery.  No wake is planned.
