Charles Wayne Boozier, 69, of Houston, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017, at his residence.

 

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center.  Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Shelby County.  Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

 

Mr. Boozier was born April 23, 1948, in Shelbyville, to Ella Borders.  He served in the United States Army.  Mr. Boozier loved riding his motorcycle.

Pallbearers will be Edbert Cantu Jr., Marcos Cantu, Christian Cantu, Jason Molina, Billy Wayne Umfrid and Howard Dye.  Honorary pallbearer will be Joe Gatton.
