Dicie Louise McGown, 83, of Center, passed away Monday, June 26, 2017, in Center.

 

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Watson & Sons Funeral Home in Center with Bro. Andy Wilson, Bro. Barry Rankin and Bro. Todd Jenkins officiating.  Interment will follow at Jackson Cemetery in Joaquin.  Visitation will be held prior to the service, beginning at 12:00 noon.

 

Mrs. McGown was born March 13, 1934, in San Augustine, to William Lawrence McNeil and Gladys Poindexter McNeil.  She was a member of Woden Pentecostal Church.  

 

She is survived by:

 

Son: Buddy McGown and wife, Sherryl

 

Daughters:

Connie Belrose and husband, Lonnie

Anita Mauldin and husband, J.W.

Kay Hass and husband, Tim

Pallbearers will be Steve Lawrence, Brent Greer, Seborn Greer, Clinton Layton, Ronnie Belrose, Donnie Belrose, Randy Wise and Billy Wise.
