Mr. Clovis Gene “Hammer” Adams, Sr. (80) of Tenaha, Texas died Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Pine Grove Nursing Center of Center, Texas.  Funeral services will be Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11:00am at St. John Baptist Church, Tenaha, Texas.  Rev. Joseph Hall, Sr. will be officiating. 

 

Mr.  Adams was born March 16, 1936 in Tenaha, Texas to Rev. John Henry Adams and Louisa Bussey Adams.

 

Mr. Adams’ is survived by:

 

Daughter and Son-in-law, Cristy and Keith Byndom of Center, Texas

Daughter and Son-in-law, Vee and Mitchell Allsbrooks of Rusk, Texas

Son and Daughter-in-law, Clovis Gene Adams, Jr. and Leslie of Rusk, Texas

Five Grandchildren

Visitation:  Wednesday, April 6, 2016 from the hours of 1:00pm to 7:00pm at Hicks Chapel
