Perry Wayne Smith, 49, of Center, passed away January 3, 2015, at his residence.

 

Mr. Smith will be interred at Oaklawn Memorial Park.

 

He was born June 20, 1966, in Houston to Wayne and Katherine Smith.  He worked in the oilfield industry.
