There will be a special meeting of the Shelby County Commissioners' Court at 9:30 this morning, as the governing body will hear a presentation from Eric Carver of Axley & Rode on the Fiscal Year 2013 outside audit report. In addition, commissioners will consider accepting a donation to the sheriff's office in accordance with local government code.
