At the called meeting of the Center ISD Board of Trustees Wednesday afternoon, the Center Intermediate School took the spotlight, as students were recognized for their accomplishments. Intermediate School Principal Heath Hagler advised the board, that the kids have worked very hard during the year, and said there’s a lot happening on campus. Luciana Bar announced that Center Intermediate performed very well at the UIL competition in January, as the Intermediate and elementary campuses combined to place second at the district met.

If you’re the parent or guardian of a Center 8^th grader, entering high school, the 9^th grade next school year, Center High School will be hosting a parent meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 24 at the high school. New legislation concerning graduation will be discussed, and it’s important that you and your child attend this meeting.
