A minor accident involving the collision of two Center ISD buses was investigated by authorities Wednesday afternoon on Moffett Drive, Hwy. 87 north of the Hurst Street intersection. Although there were some children on both buses, no injuries were reported when one of the buses reportedly failed to come to a stop, striking the other bus in the rear. The driver of the bus that was stopped was 56-year old Renee Verdine, while 40-year old David Haley was the driver of the bus that was reported to have not come to a stop. The investigation continues into the incident.
