We told you yesterday that a Crockett woman has been arrested for DWI with a child under age 15 in San Augustine County over weekend, there are now more details available concerning that incident. DPS troopers responded to a one-vehicle crash on FM 353 and found a 2006 Ford had apparently left the road and hit several culverts. Troopers learned the driver, 44-year old Tammy Stalinksky and two children, ages 5 & 3 had been given a ride to a residence. San Augustine Police located the subjected and transported her to San Augustine Memorial for treatment of injuries. Authorities report Stalinsky smelled of alcohol, and she allegedly admitted to drinking before the accident. The children were released to a family member after they were checked out for any injuries at the hospital. DWI with a child under age 15 is a third-degree felony.
