A Shelby County fugitive has been captured in Montgomery County. According to the Montgomery County Police Reporter, 24-year old Killian Michael Richey was taken into custody Wednesday night near Magnolia. It’s reported when asked to ID. Richey gave a false name and was booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department on a charge for failure to identify. The report said Richey was identified through tattoo photos. He was wanted for the theft of firearms in Shelby County, and for questioning in regards to another theft in the Sardis area. Again, Killian Richey is in custody awaiting extradition back to Shelby County.
